My latest innovation: DINNER BY THE BITE

A “supper” menu, where no knifes, nor heavy 12” dinner plates are needed.

One of my all time favorites would be the Steak Diane station, served with a  White Trouffle Mashed Potato.

While a culinary chef cooks the mini Filets table side, impress your guests with the fresh white trouffle aromas. Very eye candy, tasty and amazing presentation.
