Catering Palm Beach is always fun. New trends, new ideas, new displays, always a great chalenge.

With this Holiday season, I have come across quite a bit of “unusual”, unique ideas. My favorite is a heavy cocktail party we recently did in East Palm Beach.

The menu was all 1-2 bites each and included passed around appetizers, a flambee action pasta station, as well as a flambee Steak Diane station.

The guests were blown away when my chefs started to light on fire mini filet mignon….what a picture. The client actually called me the very next day to tell me how each and every one of his guests thought is was the most amazing party ever.

I will be posting pictures as soon as I get them from the photographer.
